Dr. Andrea Blount Hunter brings the art and science of psychological insight to the litigation arena. With a doctorate in Counseling Psychology, she brings a unique perspective into juror decision-making. Andrea's specialty is identifying the emotional and personal connections of a case and then translating that knowledge into persuasive trial strategy.

Andrea has consulted with attorneys across the country conducting pre-trial jury research, jury selection, witness preparation, post-trial juror interviews, and trial observations. She has worked on a range of litigation matters including medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, employment issues, intellectual property, commercial litigation, fraud, securities, and family law. She has also consulted on multiple pharmaceutical product liability defense cases, contributing to a string of successful defense verdicts, one of which the National Law Journal named a Top-10 defense victory.

 

Andrea is a member of American Society of Trial Consultants (ASTC). She is the current chair of the ASTC Membership Committee and she is the former chair of the ASTC Ethics Committee.

Dr. George Hunter specializes in the interaction between psychology and the law. An experienced litigation consultant, George has extensive experience designing, conducting, and analyzing results from pre-trial jury research projects. George's particular strength lies in his ability to develop high-risk juror profiles and use that information strategically during in-court jury selection.

George has consulted with trial teams on a wide range of litigation matters including medical malpractice, intellectual property, wrongful death, personal injury, securities, environmental, and product liability. Prior entering the field of trial consulting, George taught courses on psychology and the law at the University of Kansas and Radford University. He developed and taught these courses on the civil rights of the accused, testimony accuracy, jury behavior, jury selection and legal decision-making.

George is a member of the American Psychology-Law Society (AP-LS)
